Baulkham Hills has seen an upgrade of customer service to the real estate industry, with the arrival of dynamic duo, Andrew Drane and Chris De Celis, as the new Business Owners of Harcourts Baulkham Hills.
Andrew, who holds a Bachelor of Business degree, has five years experience in residential and business sales, most of which are in the Baulkham Hills area. Chris, who has always worked alongside Andrew as a business partner, has conveyancing qualifications, affording him an understanding of the legal process of property transactions, and he has two years experience in the industry. Both proud of their tertiary qualifications they believe it enables them to pass on educated and up to date information on the property market and the legal and economic ramifications of the real estate market.
Andrew and Chris have always wanted to operate their own business, and having done some research on the different franchises available, were really attracted to Harcourts because of the expansive and exceptional support and training offered. Andrew and Chris strongly believe that their passion and creative thinking will and already has placed them at the top of their industry in regard to outstanding results. They believe Harcourts is the one franchise that will embrace that philosophy and generate the type of real estate transactions people expect in today’s market.
Starting with a team of five, Andrew and Chris have plans to not only grow their sales team, but also eventually open more offices in their beloved Hills district. Harcourts, they believe, will be a household name, synonymous with real estate. This transition will eventuate sooner rather than later. Their current sales team includes high profile real estate professionals including Craig Robinson, Val Reed and Alex Spencer-Smith and highly experienced sales coordinators in Melinda Drane and Lynne De Celis.
